In Liminal EMM, workers are the people holding mobile devices and using them to perform job related tasks. There are three types of workers: general workers, shift supervisors, and worker admins.

• General workers have a limited permission set. They can only access approved apps and features. They cannot access administrative features on devices.

• Shift supervisors have the ability to approve new worker registrations. They can only access approved apps and features. They cannot access administrative features on devices.

• Worker admins have the ability to approve new workers and can access an admin menu with an expanded app and feature list on devices to assist with troubleshooting.
