Resetting a Device Password

[Org or Site] > Inventory

1. Navigate to your organization or site, and select the Inventory tab.

2. Select the device in the list.

3. On the device tab, click the reset password button.

4. Select Require entry if you want to prevent additional administrative actions before the user creates a new password.

5. Select Don't ask credentials on boot if you want the device to remain unlocked until a new password is created.

6. Select Lock now if you want to immediately lock the device.

7. Click Reset Password.
