Factory Resetting a Device

Navigate to your organization or site, and select the Inventory tab.

Select the device in the list.

On the device tab, click the Factory reset
button. -
Select if you want to also wipe any mounted SD cards.

Select if you want to also wipe the eSIM.

Click Factory Reset.
