Device Details

[Org or Site] > Inventory > [Device Serial Number]

To see device details, select your organization or a site, select the Inventory tab, and click the device's serial number.

Here, you can see information about the device including:

  • Manufacturer

  • Model

  • OS version

  • Serial number

  • IMEI

  • MAC address

  • UUID

Device States

Here, you can manually flag the device as lost, found, or in RMA.

Here, you can see a preview of the device and remotely perform remote actions on the device.

Liminal App Details Tab

Here, you can see information about the current status of the device, including status, current worker, battery information, Bluetooth information, and location.

Location information is dependent on whether you have set up a site map. For more information, see Site Map Overview.

Usage History Tab

Here, you can see a log of each time a worker checked out this device and each time the device synced with the Liminal server in the past 24 hours.

MDM Details

Here you can see advanced device information, including:

  • Management type

  • Device enrollment details

  • Policy information

  • Hardware information

  • OS information

  • Network information

  • Apps and certificates

  • Security and compliance status

  • User and ownership information

Device Apps

Here you can see all of the applications installed on the device. For more information about installing app, see App Management Articles.

Applied Policy

Here you can see all of the policies and configurations applied to the device. For more information about each configuration, see Configuration Articles and Creating App Configurations.
